Nick Cannon and Jessica White are cooling things off; John Legend and Chrissy Teigen eye housing market

Nick Cannon and Jessica White are kaput — for now. A source tells Confidenti@l the duo, who have been on and off again since early March, are “rocky” at the moment with White living full time in Los Angeles and Cannon on the East Coast hosting “America’s Got Talent.” We hear the couple run hot and cold, sometimes speaking one week before going silent the next. “Jessica is working on a project for E! and working on her album,” says our source. The supermodel’s birthday was Sunday and she did not spend the day with Cannon, who split from wife Mariah Carey last December. White has previously been linked to Sean Penn.
Cannon, meanwhile, was spotted getting cozy on a stroll with a mystery woman over the weekend, and has been linked to Michael Strahan’s ex Nicole Murphy after his split from Carey. Cannon and White’s relationship was outed after he deejayed a bash at the Borgata in Atlantic City in the spring where White, a face of Maybelline and a Sports Illustrated beauty, was partying. She was then seen in the same outfit the next morning shopping for groceries with Cannon near his New Jersey home.
